ANALYSIS OF MICROBIOLOGICAL CLEANING OF PRODUCTS

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

The analysis of the microbiological purity of the product is a mandatory requirement for manufacturers and distributors of cosmetic products – In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EC) No. 1223/2009 of November 30, 2009 on cosmetic products.

Methodological procedure developed by Mikrolab sp. O.o based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 23, 2002. Dz. U. No. 9, item 107 within the scope of the following signs:

  • the total number of mesophilic aerobic microorganisms in 1g
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 0.1 g
  • Staphylococcus aureus in 0.1 g
  • Candida albicans in 0.1 g
  • Standards PN EN ISO in the scope of the following markings:
    • Total number of microorganisms according to PN-EN ISO 21149: 2009
    • Number of molds and yeasts according to PN-EN ISO 16212: 2011
    • Presence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa according to PN-EN ISO 22717: 2016-01
    • Presence of Staphylococcus aureus according to PN-EN ISO 22718: 2016-01
    • Presence of Escherichia coli according to PN-EN ISO 21150: 2016-01
    • Presence of Candida albicans according to PN-EN ISO 18416: 2016-01
