LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 regulates all the necessary tests required to launch cosmetics products into the market.
The Regulation is valid from 11 July 2013 and introduced a number of new legal requirements for producers and distributors of cosmetic products.
